1. Tsinghua Sports Summit Forum
The Tsinghua Sports Summit Forum was founded in 2002. In June 2019, the department revived the tradition by hosting a new session of the Tsinghua Sports Summit Forum. This is of great significance for continuing Tsinghua's tradition of academic exchange in sports, summarizing and reflecting on school sports practices and cultural development since the founding of the People's Republic of China, and promoting the sharing of research findings, mutual inspiration of ideas, and collaboration on research projects among sports scholars from universities across the country.

2. Tsinghua Sports Roundtable of Nine
The "Tsinghua Sports Roundtable of Nine" is an academic brand that the department is dedicated to building. Guided by thematic and academic principles, each event invites nine experts and scholars from the field of sports to discuss a topic in a specific area. To date, it has successfully held the "Tsinghua Roundtable of Nine on Sport History, "Tsinghua Roundtable of Nine on Wushu and Humanities, "Tsinghua Roundtable of Nine on Healthy China, and "Tsinghua Roundtable of Nine on Comparative Sports. Various thematic "Tsinghua Sports Roundtable of Nine" events in this format will be held periodically in the future.

3. Xuyi Study Group
The Tsinghua Xuyi Study Group is a purely academic society initiated by Professor Qiao Fengjie of the Department of Physical Education. Comprising postdoctoral researchers, doctoral students, and master's students at the university, it was founded in April 2015. "Xuyi" comes from Xunzi: Undoing Fixation. The original text reads: "How does the mind know? By being empty, unified, and still. The Tsinghua Xuyi Study Group hopes that students will approach their academic pursuits with an attitude of humility, concentration, and tranquility. The study group's seminars are held once a week and have currently reached their 145th session. The events adopt a format where one person presents and everyone discusses, aiming to provide participants with an academic space for free exploration.

4. Tsinghua Sports Lecture Series
To better summarize Tsinghua's sports experience, refine its sports philosophy, carry forward its sports spirit, advance its sports practices, and shape the distinctive characteristics of its graduate programs in physical education, the Department of Physical Education of Tsinghua University organizes the "Tsinghua Sports Lecture Series. The series invites in-depth researchers and outstanding contributors to Tsinghua sports to give special lectures at the Weixue Hall Faculty Club of Tsinghua University.
5. Graduate Academic Salon
The Academic Salon is an important part of the academic training for graduate students in the Department of Physical Education at Tsinghua University. The Salon is held weekly during the semester, organized and coordinated by Associate Professor Hu Xiaoqian of the department, and graduate students are invited to participate voluntarily.
The main activities of the Academic Salon include not only regular events such as paper reading and critique, discussions on current issues, and presentations of personal research, but also the periodically held Tsinghua Sports Lecture Series. The Academic Salon upholds a spirit of "autonomy, "spontaneity, "creativity, and "academic rigor. The reading materials and topics for each session are chosen by the students themselves, and discussions are held over a meal, striving to enable Tsinghua's sports scholars to engage in spontaneous discussions from their own perspectives, to brainstorm freely, and to conduct academic critique.
