Born in 1965, a member of the Communist Party of China, Deputy Director and Associate Professor of the Department of Physical Education at Tsinghua University, and a Master of Sports. He has served as a coach for the Chinese University Track and Field Team and the Chinese Middle School Track and Field Team, Deputy Secretary-General of the Track and Field Branch of the Federation of University Sports of China, and Deputy Director of the Competition Department of the Beijing University Sports Association. He has coached a number of International Masters of Sports and National Masters of Sports, including Su Lingdan, Wei Zheng, Zhang Feng, and Zhou Zhongguo. In recent years, his athletes have represented the country and the university in professional competitions, achieving results such as champion at the 2016 Asian Youth Athletics Championships, fourth place at the 2017 Asian Athletics Championships, second place at the 2018 National Athletics Championships, fifth place at the 2019 Summer World University Games, and third place at the 2020 National Athletics Championships.
