Joined the Department of Physical Education at Tsinghua University in 2003. Teaches first-year physical education and third-year street dance courses. Serves as the head coach of the university's cheerleading team and the advisor for the street dance club. Her student course evaluations have repeatedly ranked in the top 5% of the university. The third-year women's street dance course she teaches has been named a university-level "Elite Course" and an "Exemplary Course for Ideological and Political Education.

From 2011 to 2012, served as the physical fitness coach for the National Men's Foil Team. Athlete Lei Sheng achieved a historic breakthrough, winning the men's individual foil championship at the 2012 London Olympics, the first-ever Olympic gold in foil for Chinese fencing.

Served as an admissions assistant for the Department of Physical Education for 8 years (2011-2018). Served as the head of the First-Year Teaching and Research Office for 1 year (2017-2018), during which the office was named a "University-Level Outstanding Collective" in 2017. Has served as the Secretary of the First-Year Teaching and Research Office Party Branch since April 2022. The branch was named a "University-Level Outstanding Party Branch" in 2025, and she was named a "University-Level Outstanding Party Branch Secretary" in 2025. In 2023, the branch's research project, "Research on Diversified Innovation in Physical Education through the Simultaneous Promotion of Five Aspects of Education, won an award for outstanding achievement in the 2023 "Climbing Peak Project" for improving the quality of primary-level Party building.
