Athletic Achievements

1. Individual all-around champion and double champion in rhythmic gymnastics at the 13th Asian Games in Bangkok.

2. Won the "Four Continents" Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships for three consecutive years.

3. Individual all-around champion and multiple individual event champion at the 1st Asian Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships.

4. Won the "American Cup" three-on-three competition in the United States.

5. Won the individual all-around championship at the highest-level national rhythmic gymnastics competition for several consecutive years.

6. Competed in the rhythmic gymnastics event at the Centennial Atlanta Olympic Games, achieving the best result for an Asian athlete in rhythmic gymnastics at those Games.

7. Competed in the rhythmic gymnastics event at the turn-of-the-century Sydney Olympic Games.

8. Competed in three World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships and successfully qualified for the Olympic Games in Vienna, Austria.

As the protagonist, completed the filming and recording of CCTV special features and documentaries including Appointment with a Famous Athlete - Zhou Xiaojing, Sports World—Green Ribbon, My Olympics, and Our Olympics. Our Olympics won an international gold award. These programs were broadcast on CCTV-4 International and CCTV-5 Sports.

Team Coaching Achievements

Leads the Tsinghua Rhythmic Gymnastics Team and Yoga Team, composed of regular students, to compete in major competitions.

In 2024, at the 2024 China University Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship, the team won the Group A overall team championship, third place in group all-around, first place in 3 balls & 2 ropes, first place in level-6 ribbon, third place in level-4 rope, Group A individual all-around champion, first place in individual hoop, and first place in individual rope, for a total of six gold and two bronze medals, as well as the Sportsmanship Award. Zhou Xiaojing received the Outstanding Coach award.

In 2024, at the Capital University Rhythmic Gymnastics Competition, the team won the overall team championship, first place in intermediate ball, second place in 3 balls & 2 ropes, second place in level-4 rope, third place in level-5 freehand, first place in individual hoop, and first place in individual ball, for a total of four gold, two silver, and one bronze medals, as well as the Sportsmanship Award.

In 2024, at the Capital University Yoga Competition, the team won 2 first prizes, 4 second prizes, and 2 third prizes, finishing fourth in the Group A overall team standings and receiving the Excellent Organization Award. Zhou Xiaojing received the Outstanding Coach award.

In 2023, at the 2023 China University Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship & the 31st FISU World University Games Rhythmic Gymnastics Selection Trials, the team won the Group A overall team championship, second place in group all-around, second place in level-4 rope, third place in level-5 clubs and level-6 ribbon, Group A individual all-around champion, first and third place in individual hoop, first place in individual ball, and third place in individual rope, for a total of four gold, two silver, and four bronze medals, as well as the Sportsmanship Award.

In 2023, at the 1st Sports Games of Capital Universities & the 6th Capital University Yoga Asana and Group Yoga Showcase Competition, the 25-member Tsinghua Yoga Team won 4 first prizes, 1 second prize, and 3 third prizes, finishing fourth in the Group A overall team standings.

In 2023, at the Capital University Rhythmic Gymnastics Competition, the team won second place in the overall team standings, second place in level-3 scarf and level-5 clubs, third place in level-4 rope, first and third place in individual hoop, and first place in individual ball, for a total of two gold, three silver, and two bronze medals.

In 2023, the Tsinghua Rhythmic Gymnastics Team was named an "Outstanding Team" among Tsinghua University sports teams for the 2022-2023 academic year.

In 2021, at the China University Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship, the team won second place in the overall team standings,

with three gold, three silver, and two bronze medals: first place in individual all-around, individual ball, and individual hoop; second place in group 3 balls & 2 ropes, individual rope, and individual ribbon; third place in group level-4 rope and individual hoop; and fifth place in group level-5 freehand and individual rope.

In November 2021, at the Capital University Rhythmic Gymnastics Competition (Beijing), the team won second place in the overall team standings, with one gold, three silver, and two bronze medals: first and third place in individual ball; second and fifth place in individual hoop; second place in level-5 clubs; third place in 3 balls & 2 ropes; fourth place in level-5 freehand; and fifth place in level-4 rope.

In 2020, the China University Health and Vitality "Cloud" Series Competition & the 2020 China University Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship was held online. Successfully defended the overall team championship in the university group. In individual events, won first and second place in individual compulsory ball, and third place in individual compulsory hoop. In group events, won third place in the level-4 rope event.

In 2020, the 41st Rhythmic Gymnastics Competition of Capital Higher Education Institutions was held online. The Tsinghua Rhythmic Gymnastics Team won second place in the overall team standings and second place in three events in the university group. In group events, won second place in 3 balls & 2 ropes, fourth place in level-4 rope, and fifth place in level-5 freehand. In individual events, won second place in individual compulsory ball, fourth place in individual compulsory hoop, and sixth place in individual compulsory ball.

In 2019, at the China Student Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship, the team won three gold, four silver, and one bronze medals, along with multiple other placings. These included first place in group all-around, first place in 3 balls & 2 ropes, second place in group 5 ribbons, second place in level-4 rope, and third place in artistic group calisthenics routine B. Individual events: second place in compulsory hoop and second place in compulsory rope, ultimately achieving a historic breakthrough by winning first place in the overall team standings for Group A of the national university competition.

In 2019, at the 40th Rhythmic Gymnastics Competition of Capital Universities, the Tsinghua University Rhythmic Gymnastics Team competed in multiple group and individual events, winning a total of two gold, two silver, and four bronze medals, and ultimately finishing third in the overall team standings for the university group.

From 2013 to 2025, the Tsinghua Rhythmic Gymnastics Team has been repeatedly named an "Outstanding Team" among Tsinghua University sports teams. Multiple team captains have been named "Top Ten Athletes, and key team members have received the Ma Yuehan Award.
