Research Areas

Currently focuses on three research areas: physical activity and health, environment and health behaviors, and theories of competitive sports training.

1. In the field of physical activity and health, primarily focuses on the physical and mental health benefits of physical activity for the elderly and university students.

2. In the field of environment and health behaviors, primarily focuses on the impact of air pollution and the built environment on the physical activity and health behaviors of the elderly and adolescents.

3. In the field of competitive sports training, primarily focuses on the theory of strength training in competitive sports.

His master's thesis was titled, "A Study on the Training Load of High-Level Short-Distance Speed Skaters in China.

His doctoral dissertation was titled, "An Economic Study of Physical Activity in the Elderly.
