Has coached the Tsinghua University Men's Basketball Team to win multiple championships at the National Student Games and the CUBAL National Championship.

He was named "Best Coach" at the 22nd, 23rd, and 24th National University Basketball League (CUBA).

He led the team (formed by Tsinghua) to a 10th-place finish (a historic best) in the men's basketball competition at the 31st FISU World University Games and was also awarded the title of "Advanced Individual.

In 2023, he was named an "Advanced Individual in Physical Education Work" by higher engineering institutions directly under the Ministry of Education.
