Research Interests

Our research group is dedicated to revealing the neurobiological mechanisms by which exercise promotes brain health through the deep intersection of multimodal neuroimaging (fNIRS, fMRI, etc.), multi-omics technologies, and artificial intelligence. We focus on precision exercise interventions for mental health issues such as subthreshold depression. By integrating digital phenotyping with molecular biomarkers, we construct individual-based 'exercise-brain' response relationships and explore cross-scale adaptation mechanisms from molecular transduction to macroscopic neural networks. We aim to provide quantifiable, personalized, and digital-intelligent solutions for health promotion, mental state improvement, and cognitive enhancement across the full life cycle.
