The Ball Games Teaching and Research Office Party Branch currently has 14 Party members and 1 probationary member. It is a collective that excels in multiple areas, including teaching, coaching, research, and management. Branch members not only demonstrate innovation in teaching by developing personalized plans based on student interests and characteristics, but also actively engage in building sports teams. They have led students to achieve remarkable success in basketball, tennis, soccer, table tennis, and other sports. For example, the Tsinghua men's basketball team achieved a three-peat championship in the CUBA league, and the women's basketball team won the national runner-up title, earning widespread acclaim for the university.

In the field of research, branch members have also been highly productive. They actively participate in sports science research, introduce advanced international concepts, complete numerous key projects, and publish multiple high-level papers, providing solid support for improving teaching quality. At the same time, branch members are also active in administrative positions within the department, holding various roles and contributing to daily operations, the organization of large-scale events, and venue management, thereby ensuring the smooth progress of teaching work.
