The Swimming Teaching and Research Office Party Branch of the Department of Physical Education currently has 11 Party members and 1 activist. The branch has carried out extensive work in primary-level organization building, conducting organizational life, and Party member development. Members of the Swimming Teaching and Research Office Party Branch have overcome difficulties, using their personal time to invest significant effort in providing intensive swimming instruction and coaching for non-swimmers. They have helped the majority of students with swimming difficulties meet the standard for the swimming test, ensuring that all students can pass the test and graduate successfully.

In the past five years, the branch has received multiple titles and awards, including "Pacesetting Party Branch for Party Building, "Advanced Party Organization (Branch), and "University-Level Advanced Collective" from Tsinghua University, as well as "Outstanding Party Branch" from the Department. Branch members have achieved outstanding results in teaching, mass sports activities, coaching, research, and venue management, with several members receiving excellent ratings in various departmental evaluations for multiple consecutive years.
